Problem
The lack of renovation has negatively im pacted the guest experience, decreasing repeat business for the company.
Methods
Complete rebranding of all facilities - resort, restaurant and aquatic sports clubs. This included: 1) branding materials, new signage, menus, packaging, uniforms, and adver tising 2) redesign of space and layout of restaurants and booking kiosks.
